Liam, a law graduate from Glasgow University, joined Ness Gallagher in June 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor. Whilst studying at university, Liam had a particular focus on both family law (in particular children's rights) and criminal law, and also spent some time gaining practical experience at Ness Gallagher, working closely with Elspeth Forrest - one of the most experience female criminal lawyers in Scotland - and attending the High Court in Glasgow.
Liam has now taken up a position at Ness Gallagher's Wishaw office and, working alongside the Directors, now helps clients with everything from conveyancing, to planning their future by drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, to family law and criminal defence matters.
Outside of work Liam enjoys playing football as well as hillwalking and has a number of munros under his belt. He is also involved in fundraising for St Andrew's Hospice and successfully undertook the challenging Ben Nevis climb for the charity.
