Graham is a Partner at Ness Gallagher and has over 25 years’ experience working with a wide range of clients. When it comes to dealing with clients Graham has empathy and understanding and ensures all his clients are looked after whether they are buying a house, making a Will, or seeking commercial legal advice for their business. Based in the Wishaw office of Ness Gallagher, Graham works closely with his clients to help them support their business and manage their risk and advises on share purchase agreements, commercial contracts, management buy-outs, as well as commercial property, litigation and other corporate areas of work.

A lifelong Motherwell fan, Graham acted for the Well Society in their purchase of Motherwell Football Club in 2016 to become the first fan-owned top division club in Scotland. He continues to act on behalf of Motherwell FC in a variety of matters including advising on player contracts and has been Company Secretary for the Club since 2012.

Mixing work with pleasure, Graham spends his spare time going to the Motherwell matches with his family!
