Ness Gallagher recognises talent from within and promotes Director

We are delighted to announce the promotion of family lawyer Louise Gillies as the firm continues to strengthen it’s offering to the people of Lanarkshire.

Louise, who joined Ness Gallagher in 2006, has over 15 years’ legal experience and is a respected family lawyer. A member of the Family Law Association, Louise is also an Accredited Mediator in Family Mediation and a member of CALM Scotland. Based in the Motherwell office of Ness Gallagher, Louise specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce settlements, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and child law, including residence and contact matters. Her expertise extends to general practice and she also advises clients with property matters, Wills, Power of Attorneys and Trusts.
