Ness Gallagher participate in St Andrew's Hospice 'Make a Will' campaign

Ness Gallagher were delighted once again to be able to participate in St Andrew's Hospice in Lanarkshire's annual 'Make a Will Month' campaign where our lawyers write Wills for members of the public for free, in return for a donation to the hospice. A huge thank you has to go to our lovely clients who helped raise £475 during the campaign - a fantastic amount for an extremely worth cause. Every penny donated goes towards the ongoing care of the patients and their families that the Hospice helps to care for and support.

Everyone should make a Will - if you die without one, there are certain rules which dictate how your money, property or possessions should be allocated, and this may not be in line with your wishes.
